What to expect on the day

When you book TracTracUK, we provide a fully managed GPS tracking service designed to support race management, officiating, and post-race review.

On event day, GPS units are distributed and assigned to competitors, with additional units fitted to course buoys, the committee vessel, and the pin end. This creates a precisely defined, georeferenced race course and start line.

During racing, organisers and race officials have access to live online tracking via the TracTrac App, offering real-time visibility of the fleet, starts, mark roundings, and course-side activity. This enhances situational awareness and supports confident decision-making on and off the water.

After racing, all units are efficiently recovered and managed by the TracTracUK team. The captured data is then used to deliver a race replay session, allowing organisers and officials to review starts, incidents, OCS calls, and key moments with clarity and consistency.

TracTracUK delivers reliable technology, experienced on-site support, and clear race data — helping event organisers run fairer, more transparent, and more professional events.
